Scan card on QR reader:
All TeamSense devices are stored and charged in the Powerbox. The box is equipped with a QR reader and RFID scanner.
If a worker ID card has been supplied to you, scan the QR code over the reader. This will select a device to flash RED. Take this device from the box.
If you use a company issued ID card, scan this across the RFID scanner underneath the screen. A TeamSense device will be allocated in the same way.
Attach the device to your Proximity Bracket:
Push the TeamSense into the recess in your Proximity Bracket ensuring the Proximity Bracket’s USB plug is aligned with the USB port. You should hear a “click”. Check the device is secure.
Self-Test:
Once the TeamSense device has been attached into the Proximity Adaptor, it is important you check to make sure it is working correctly. The TeamSense will perform a Self-Test where you should hear a beep, feel a vibration and hear an alert. This will last for 5 seconds.
Release a TeamSense device:
At the end of the shift, you will have to remove the TeamSense from the Proximity Adaptor. Press the release tab at the bottom of the adaptor and slide the TeamSense down and away as shown below:
Returning a TeamSense device:
The TeamSense device will need to be returned to the Powerbox for re-charging. Insert the TeamSense into any free port within the Powerbox making sure the USB-C ports are aligned. Press the device in firmly. The device will emit two audible beeps confirming the device has been returned correctly and will flash green. TEAMSENSE ACCEPTED will be displayed on the screen
